Helpdesk Remote Support & On-site Support

We use industry leading IT service management software to ticket all service and support requests.  These can be placed by either telephone or email. 

Prompt resolution to 1st line support requests.  You can speak to an experienced helpdesk technical engineer immediately who will attempt to resolve the issue remotely.  

Escalation processes are in place for more complex requests and critical incidents.  These are serviced by our 3rd line team and include on-site visits where required.

 

Devices

We support the full range of client hardware devices – laptops, desktops, phones and tablets, both Windows and Mac. We also support in-house and virtual cloud-based servers.

Our engineers will also take care of your network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, etc) and your print/scan hardware.

We provide monthly asset reports to help you keep track of your client devices.

 

Software

We provide our support customers with the full Microsoft 365 suite of software and cloud services. This includes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc), Exchange for email, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.

We can ensure you achieve this annual certification which helps reassure you customers and that you are taking IT security seriously.
